Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all Elevance Table orders to the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Elevance Table. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all components, accessories, and documentation included
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@ergohomestore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective, or an incorrect item was sent. In those cases, Ergohome will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Ergohome is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Elevance Table arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately at support@ergohomestore.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.
Warranty
The Elevance Table is backed by a 5-year mechanical warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by failure to follow assembly instructions. For warranty claims, please contact our support team.
