Product Coverage
All Ergohome Elevance Table™ products purchased through our official store or an authorized retailer are covered under this warranty. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Warranty Period
- Frame & structural components — 2 years from date of purchase
- Tabletop surface — 1 year from date of purchase
- Hardware, Side Paddle mechanism & accessories — 1 year from date of purchase
Warranty Claims
Claim Process
To submit a claim, email support@ergohomestore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video clearly showing the defect. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Verification & Approval
Our team will review your submission and notify you of the decision within 2–3 business days. Approved claims move immediately to repair or replacement — in most cases, no return of the defective product is required.
Repair & Replacement
Repair Services
Where possible, we ship replacement parts directly to you at no cost, along with simple installation instructions. The Elevance Table is designed for easy, tool-free repairs.
Replacement Policy
If a repair is not feasible, we ship a full replacement unit at no cost within 5–7 business days of claim approval. The replacement carries the remainder of the original warranty period.
Exclusions from Warranty
Misuse & Damage
Damage from dropping, overloading beyond the rated capacity, or using the table outside its intended purpose is not covered. The Elevance Table is designed for residential and light commercial use.
Unauthorized Repairs
Any repair, modification, or alteration performed by a party other than Ergohome or an authorized service provider will void this warranty in its entirety.
Normal Wear & Tear
Surface scratches, minor scuffs, and gradual finish changes from everyday use are normal and not covered. Damage from prolonged moisture exposure, direct sunlight, or extreme heat is also excluded.
Customer Responsibilities
Proper Usage
Use the Elevance Table on stable, level surfaces only. Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures. The table is intended for residential and light commercial settings.
Documentation
Retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. If purchased through a retailer, a dated receipt is sufficient. We may request this documentation when processing a claim.
Limitation of Liability

Ergohome's liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Warranty Limitations
