2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Ergohome reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, including dimensions and specifications, are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. In the event of an error, Ergohome reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and is not obligated to honor incorrect prices.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. Ergohome accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Ergohome reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns about fraud.
4. Shipping
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. All orders include free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is outlined in detail on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary: you have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for a full product refund. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Warranty
The Elevance Table is covered by a 5-year limited mechanical warranty. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted to support@ergohomestore.com with a description of the defect and proof of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ergohomestore.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Ergohome or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ergohome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the personal information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers).
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state in which Ergohome operates.
